1. Description of Service

ContractorPro provides an automated website generation tool via a Telegram bot interface. Contractors upload images and text through the bot, which are dynamically rendered into a public-facing website.

2. Account Eligibility and Free Trials

Eligibility: You must be a registered business entity or independent contractor at least 18 years of age to create a website.

Free Trials: Access to the Service may begin with a time-limited free trial. The specific duration of the trial will be disclosed at signup. No credit card is required to initiate a trial. Upon expiration of the trial period, access to editing tools and website public visibility will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

Billing: All paid plans are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis.

Past Due & Unpaid Status:If your payment fails, your account status will be set to “past due.” You will have a grace period to update your billing credentials via the Stripe Customer Portal. If payment is not successfully processed, your public website will be taken offline.

Cancellation and Data Deletion: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Crucial Data Policy: Following the cancellation, expiration, or ongoing unpaid status of a subscription, ContractorPro will permanently delete all your profile data, uploaded images, and database configurations from our servers after 30 days. This data cannot be recovered after deletion.

4. User-Generated Content & Image Rights

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all photos, text, and logos you upload to the bot.

License to Display: By uploading content, you grant ContractorPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, store, and publicly display your images and business information on the web for the sole purpose of operating your website.

Prohibited Content: You strictly agree not to upload any content that:

• Infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
• Contains graphic violence, nudity, or explicitly illegal material.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or defamatory.

ContractorPro reserves the right to delete individual images or terminate accounts instantly if prohibited content is discovered.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. ContractorPro uses third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe). We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Under no circumstances shall ContractorPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost profits, lost construction contracts, or business interruption—resulting from server downtime, data loss, or the deletion of your website after 30 days of non-payment.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
