ContractorPro(“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Telegram bot and website services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to generate your public website and process your subscription:

  • Telegram Metadata: Your unique Telegram User ID and Chat ID (used exclusively to route messages and verify your identity).
  • Profile Details: Business name, bio, and phone number provided during onboarding.
  • Website Assets: Images and captions uploaded directly through the Telegram interface.
  • Usage Telemetry: Anonymous scroll metrics and image view counts compiled via your public website to provide you with view traffic analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Generate, host, and maintain your public website.
  • Process your account states (Onboarding, Active, Past Due).
  • Provide accurate image view-tracking metrics.

3. Data Storage and Jurisdiction

All infrastructure, including databases and file storage buckets, is hosted exclusively within the United States via our cloud backend provider, Supabase. By using the Service, you consent to the storage and processing of your data within United States jurisdictions.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We never sell your data. We share your information only with essential third-party services required to run the platform:

  • Supabase, Inc.: For database management, image hosting buckets, and account state storage.
  • Stripe, Inc.: For managing payments and billing portals. No credit card numbers or financial credentials ever touch or pass through our servers; they are processed entirely by Stripe.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

Retention: We host your profile data and website images as long as your account remains active or on a trial tier.

Automatic Deletion: If your subscription is canceled, expires, or remains unpaid, all your corresponding data (including photos stored in our database buckets) will be automatically and permanently purged from our infrastructure after 30 days.

Manual Deletion Request: You may request immediate removal of all your data at any time by messaging our support email.
